Privacy Policy
How we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you create an account, use our services, or communicate with us. This includes your name, email address, organization details, and any content you upload or create within AiSU Strata.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services, to communicate with you, and to personalize your experience. We process your documents using AI to enable intelligent search and knowledge management features.
3. Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with third-party service providers who assist us in operating our platform, subject to strict data processing agreements. Your document content is never shared with other customers.
4. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to help protect your personal information from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We implement enterprise-grade security controls and regularly audit our systems.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us or through your account settings.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You may also object to or restrict certain processing of your data. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below.
7. Google User Data and Limited Use
When you connect a Google account to AiSU Strata, we request read-only access to the Google data you choose to connect — Google Drive files and their metadata, and, where you enable them, Gmail messages, Google Calendar events, Google Contacts, and Google Tasks. We use this data solely to provide the user-facing features you request: indexing your documents for semantic search, answering your questions with citations grounded in your own content, and related knowledge-management features. AiSU Strata's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other application adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not allow humans to read it except with your explicit consent, where necessary for security purposes or to comply with applicable law, or where the data has been aggregated and anonymized. You can disconnect any Google account at any time from your connection settings, which revokes our access.
For details, see the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
